We submitted our response to the New York Department of Financial Service’s BitLicense proposal. Our managing partner, Adam T. Ettinger, co-wrote it with Judith Rinearson, the partner at Bryan Cave LLP who testified at the BitLicense hearings. We take the position that privacy is a powerful form of consumer protection, and that New York companies and residents will get the best cryptocurrency products and services if the New York Department of Financial Services adopt regulations that let the ecosystem thrive.
